How does LoveJora work?
Sign up, complete your profile, wait for staff review, then browse matches and express interest. When both members like each other, you can chat privately in-app.
What is self-matchmaking vs VIP?
Self-matchmaking lets you browse, filter, and connect on your own (Free includes 2 monthly connects; Pro unlocks full tools). VIP includes everything in Pro plus priority support. Dedicated guided matchmaking is rolling out next on VIP.
How many free connects do I get?
Free members receive 2 connects (interests) per month. Pro and VIP members get unlimited connects. Connects reset on the 1st of each month.
Are profiles reviewed?
Yes. Every profile is reviewed by staff before it goes live on Discover. Some members may also carry a verified badge when staff have completed extra checks — this is not automatic phone verification.
Is LoveJora only for individuals, or can families be involved?
Absolutely. LoveJora is built for marriage-minded seekers and the families who support them. You control what you share and when you share contact details.
How do I report someone?
Open their profile and use Report or Block. Our team reviews all reports. For urgent safety concerns, email info@lovejora.com.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Open Pricing or Settings → Subscription and choose Pro or VIP. You’ll complete secure checkout. Paid features unlock after payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use the manage/cancel link in your receipt email, or contact info@lovejora.com. You keep access until the end of the paid period when cancelled.
